LOCAL PICKUP

In-store pickup is available upon request. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time from our showroom Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm Brisbane time AEST. An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for collection, if you require an urgent collection please let us know in your order notes and contact us using the link above.

SHIPPING

We post Australia-wide and to USA, Canada, United Kingdom and New Zealand (Internation shipping read below). Standard postage within NSW, VIC, and QLD and some parts of ACT are 2-4 business days. Postage to all other states please allow approximately 1-2 weeks. If you require a product urgently and need express postage please contact us via email or text immediately upon placing the order and we can arrange an express shipment for you. Please note that shipping times are approximate and as we use third-party postage services delivery times are approximate and outside of our control.

We use reliable third-party postage services, including couriers and freight companies and always select the best method of postage for your price or location. We will not be held responsible for any delay in you receiving your order due to any delay or fault by any third-party postage services or if you have left your order to the last minute and you do not receive your order on time.

If you have not notified us of the urgency of your order immediately upon placing the order and arranged with us for express shipping and it has been shipped standard service and it is not received by you for your deadline, the order is not eligible for a refund.

Due to our products being bulky goods sometimes the stems in our artificial products may be bent to fit shipping containers to minimise shipping costs to you. The products are made with a durable wire stem in a plastic or latex coating allowing for bending to suit your use and will return to their original state and accordingly, you agree and acknowledge that bent stems are not considered to be a product fault and these products are not eligible for a return or refund for this reason.

We also do not accept responsibility for being provided the wrong address, if you have given us the wrong address and the goods have been shipped they are then in the hands of a third-party postage provider. We will always endeavour to do our best to contact them and return the package or change the address but we cannot guarantee this and we will not offer a refund or exchange for these products.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to the United states, United Kingdom, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Canada for all custom-made bouquets, arbour pieces, wedding arrangements and most of our product range. Dried products are currently unavailable for international shipping. Shipping lead times are currently 2-10 business days express shipping and 6 to 15 business days standard shipping. As this service is provided by a third party service these times may change and we will provide any updates on delays to your order where possible.
